We understand that the folks of the Phoenix Valley have hundreds of options when it comes to choosing who they are going to put their trust in when choosing an insurance agent. For that reason we strive to be different that the average insurance agency.
We Do Care
While "We do care" might sound like something that a marketing company come up with, I can assure you that isn't the case.
Life it too short to not enjoy going to work everyday and knowing that you are helping people with real problems. For that reason we don't measure our success by how many insurance policies we sell, but by the number of relationships we've built over the years with our clients.

I feel like I know Don and Pat although I have never met them in person. They are so friendly and helpful and recognize me by name. I always get a "real person" when I call, not a recorded message. They are prompt in answering my questions, etc. I have been with Don's agency for several years.

We have been with Don Neeley for almost 20 years. Great pricing, best customer service, perfect coverage. Like any smart consumer, I semiannually compare our policy's pricing to the pricing of a few of Don Neeley's competition. Nobody ever gets the same amount of coverage for the prices that Don can for home insurance whether it be for renting or owning a home, and he always has the best pricing for auto insurance for whatever my wife and I are driving at any given time.
Although getting the best price for a specific amount of coverage is usually what most people have as their top priority, I place a lot of value on integrity and the relationship that I build with somebody that I do business with. Don Neeley is someone that I can trust to be honest throughout our endeavors, and he is always very warm and compassionate with the members of our family. I am very comfortable recommending him to everyone that I know who happens to be looking for any type of insurance. I am definitely a pleased client.

When my North Arizona agent was dropped by my insurance company, I randomly looked for an agent nearby. I found Don Neely Agency by chance. Hmmm. I think I was “lead” to them by fate. I have had insurance with Don Neeley for 4 years. A real person always answers the phone, often Don. No long recordings here, “listen closely our menu has changed”. If Don can’t answer a question without some research he always call back promptly.

I spoke to a number of agencies looking for a policy and when I spoke to Patricia, I knew I found my agent. She analyzed my present policies and asked me questions regarding my home/ auto that no other agent bothered to asked, which, in the end gave me considerable more coverage plus I save a bundle of money. What a great Insurance Company the Badger Mutual is.. But credit goes to the Don Neeley agency.. However his office Manager Patricia Tenney, can also help you with all your questions, , and concerns. She has always helped us, and responds to questions immediately. Home and auto rates are excellent, saving a lot of money combined, as well as all the discount they provide. Don't hesitate to call them.

I can only reiterate the many compliments others have written about the Don Neeley Agency. They are responsiveness, thorough, and extremely helpful. While insurance is a fungible product, this firm is not. When you want a team find you a good policy they will help. When I needed post-sale follow-up assistance, they were there to answer my questions. Thanks to Patricia and her entire team, they rock!

I’ve been insured with Don for years and a couple weeks ago had to use insurance for the first time. Don made the process seamless setting me up with a rental car to use while my car got fixed, after taking my car in to get repaired they totaled it.. unfortunate but luckily Don helped get me a check for my totaled car and help set everything up for my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Really thankful there was no headaches in what could have been a really stressful situation

I've been working with Don and his staff for around 5 years now and it has been a very good experience. A local representative you can talk to or go in and see, very competitive companies they write business for and they always come up with the best pricing and great suggestions should you have rental property or own other items that maybe should be insured.
