We have been with Don Neeley for almost 20 years. Great pricing, best customer service, perfect coverage. Like any smart consumer, I semiannually compare our policy's pricing to the pricing of a few of Don Neeley's competition. Nobody ever gets the same amount of coverage for the prices that Don can for home insurance whether it be for renting or owning a home, and he always has the best pricing for auto insurance for whatever my wife and I are driving at any given time.

Although getting the best price for a specific amount of coverage is usually what most people have as their top priority, I place a lot of value on integrity and the relationship that I build with somebody that I do business with. Don Neeley is someone that I can trust to be honest throughout our endeavors, and he is always very warm and compassionate with the members of our family. I am very comfortable recommending him to everyone that I know who happens to be looking for any type of insurance. I am definitely a pleased client.

What a great Insurance Company the Badger Mutual is.. But credit goes to the Don Neeley agency.. However his office Manager Patricia Tenney, can also help you with all your questions, , and concerns. She has always helped us, and responds to questions immediately. Home and auto rates are excellent, saving a lot of money combined, as well as all the discount they provide. I’ve been insured with Don for years and a couple weeks ago had to use insurance for the first time. Don made the process seamless setting me up with a rental car to use while my car got fixed, after taking my car in to get repaired they totaled it.. unfortunate but luckily Don helped get me a check for my totaled car and help set everything up for my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Really thankful there was no headaches in what could have been a really stressful situation
