Like any smart consumer, I semiannually compare our policy's pricing to the pricing of a few of Don Neeley's competition. I’ve been insured with Don for years and a couple weeks ago had to use insurance for the first time. Don made the process seamless setting me up with a rental car to use while my car got fixed, after taking my car in to get repaired they totaled it.. unfortunate but luckily Don helped get me a check for my totaled car and help set everything up for my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Really thankful there was no headaches in what could have been a really stressful situation
